We Are:

  • with organizations and groups to mitigate the damage of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).

  • educational materials for parents, children, caregivers and physicians.

  • workshops, book readings, and speaking appearances.

Empowering Children

We engage children about bedtime to inspire them to listen to their bodies and embrace natural behaviors that promote Sleep Wellness. Our imaginative yet educational children's book, written and published by our Foundation, is being donated to childcare organizations and residential treatment centers. It is also available for sale, with proceeds going to the Foundation’s charitable programs.

Advising Families

A woman and a girl are sitting on a bed, with the woman holding the girl's hands and looking at her with concern. The girl has her arms crossed and is looking down, wearing a pink hooded sweatshirt, while the woman is wearing a light-colored top. They are in a bedroom with white curtains and natural light.

Our educational materials encourage families to recognize the importance of sleep in childhood development and learn ways to make bedtime an appointment children will eagerly keep. We are also supporting organizations that provide trauma-informed care.

Supporting Screening

In support of ACEs Aware, Sleep To Live Well aims to partner with physicians and healthcare practitioners involved in screening patients for trauma and toxic stress. Our tools and protocols assist in identifying poor sleep quality and symptoms of insufficient sleep. Additionally, we help pinpoint and address behaviors that hinder the adoption of Sleep Wellness practices.

Speaking to Groups

Sleep To Live Well Medical Director Roger Washington, MD, is committed to furthering the cause of Sleep Wellness through speaking engagements, panel discussions, workshops, and other appearances. Participating in these events, Sleep To Live Well is building a new ecosystem of organizations, professionals, and individuals supporting Sleep Wellness.
