Bedtime and School-time Sleep Wellness Reader

Doctor Bedtime's SLEEP MAGIC: SuperPowers for Super-Sleepers is a 32-page book written and published by the Sleep To Live Well Foundation. Beautifully illustrated, it is a perfect bedtime story with motivating messages about the power of sleep. The book also promotes physical and mental empowerment and highlights sleep's vital role in children’s emotional well-being.

Instilling an appreciation for sleep in young children will serve them throughout their lives. It is a gift that will keep on giving. In his family practice, Dr. Washington observed how difficult it was for older children and adults to break bad bedtime habits, but young children were more eager to learn and adapt. Children and their caregivers, especially those touched by adverse childhood experiences, known as ACEs, are our primary concern.
